We had such an amazing time at Ladies Biz Nite last Tuesday. A room filled with such inspiring and talented woman... It was very exciting and we got so much more out of it than we ever imagined. We can't thank
Grace enough for making the whole thing happen. That girl is something else!
After the meet-up we grabbed a bite with fellow speaker Tanya Aguiniga. Talk about inspiring... She is such an incredible success story, yet so incredibly down to earth. It's always a blast to chat with her (Stay tuned for a post on her breath-taking show at Tinlark Gallery).
Thanks so much to all the women who showed up and listened to us speak and made us feel like we made at least a little bit of sense.
We hope to keep the whole biz nite thing going. Maybe a monthly meeting with a similar format. If anyone is interested or has suggestions, please drop us a line.

We are always excited when we have a new Student Of The Month and when it's someone as talented as our friend Alyson Fox... let's just say, excited doesn't quite cut it..
We couldn't be happier with the way these tea towels turned out.. Vintage french linens screenprinted with one of Alysons amazing drawings.. And to make it extra special, we added a bit of embroidery. As always they are signed and numbered and limited to an edition of 59... so they won't last long.. Thanks Alyson!

We're counting down the hours until Ladies Biz Nite (and the ever-so lovely Grace) comes to L.A.. Just a quick announcement... We are sorry to say that Hammerpress has had to cancel the trunk show this weekend due to an unforseen family emergency. Not to worry, we plan to reschedule the event this summer.

Like alot of you, we have a small obsession with anything & everything that is letterpressed. One of our favorite letterpress companies, Hammerpress, is touring the West Coast and we are excited to be their Southern California pit-stop. Saturday, April 12th & Sunday, April 13th stop by the shop for their (and our) very first trunk show. You can check out all sorts of goodies like concert posters, art prints, cards, journals, t-shirts and much much more.

We're having a little shindig Friday night to jumpstart the weekend. Come on by from 7-9pm for a beer and a snack and some fine letterpress.
